He has been an active participant in the Secondary Market since the early 1990's.  Mr. Smith has successfully completed over $1 Billion dollars worth of transactions in his career; primarily within the commercial real estate loan sector. He is the President of Compass Capital Corporation; an active Secondary Market participant in the buying and selling of commercial real estate loans.

Mr. Smith has a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance and Real Estate from Arizona State University.
